Join St. Joseph's Health Ministry get active during their Mindful Body Movement Class which is held every Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 pm in the Parish Life Center. Deborah Walter, AEA Certified Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor, will be leading the class in a complete series of (chair supported) seated and standing movement exercises designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement along with restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation to promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a bottle of water! ($3.00 donation will be appreciated)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class as class will start promptly at 1:00.
